Refund policy
OUT OF STOCK AND SUBSTITUTION
- the Gift Corner shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the E-Shop are in stock. If a product runs out of stock, the Gift Corner reserves the right to offer a substitution or refund to the customer.
- the Gift Corner shall make every effort to provide customers with a substitute product of similar value and style. the Gift Corner shall notify customers of unavailable products and their substitutes by phone or email before delivery.
- Customers have the right to reject any substitutes offered. the Gift Corner will refund the amount that customers have been charged for that product.
- If customers have agreed that substitutions are allowed, the final value of the customers’ order may be affected by substituting similar products. The prices charged are those applicable on the day of order confirmation.
- All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and the Gift Corner reserves the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
REFUND POLICY
- Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Should the merchandise be found defective, exchange of merchandise (in the original packaging) may be arranged provided that the customer informs the Gift Corner, GuWei Museum through WhatsApp at +852 5403 6847 within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise. The receipt of merchandise will serve as a proof of purchase.

缺貨和替代貨品
- 禮品廊須盡一切努力確保網頁上載列的貨品提供存貨供應。 如任何貨品因缺貨而未能提供予顧客, 禮品廊保留提供替代貨品或退款的權利。
- 禮品廊將努力為顧客提供相似價格及種類的貨品以供替代。禮品廊將在交貨前透過電話或電郵通知顧客其訂單中的缺貨貨品及替代貨品。
- 顧客有權拒絕提供的任何替代貨品。禮品廊將退還顧客為該缺貨產品支付的金額。
- 如果顧客同意允許替代貨品,顧客的訂單的最終價值可能會因替代相似貨品而受到影響。禮品廊將收取客戶訂單被執拾時適用的價格。
- 所有訂單須視乎相關貨品的供應情況再作最後確認。倘若 禮品廊未能提供任何已訂購之產品或服務,禮品廊有權拒絕接受該訂單。
REFUND POLICY
- 已出售的產品不設退款或退換。
- 如發現貨品有任何損毀,請於收貨日起計3天內透過WhatsApp(+852 5403 6847)通知 禮品廊 顧客服務專員,禮品廊貨品在原有包裝的情況下禮品廊可安排更換貨品,請保留有關收據以作換貨用途。
- 禮品廊保留修訂有關條款及細則之權利。如有任何爭議,將以禮品廊 最終決定為準。
